This article had a red link. I was going to start an article. When clicking it, it was noted that it was previously deleted. However, it appears that there is sufficient reason to recreate.

The original reason cited was "Housekeeping. Non-controversial maintenance, such as temporarily deleting a page to merge page histories, or performing a non-controversial page move like reversing a redirect."

I don't know what the original article said but I will rewrite one.

Note that the crash has incorrectly been cited as the first Alaska Airlines crash. It's nice that Wikipedia will be the one to correct this error. The crash was the first Alaska Airlines jet to crash.

Any relation to capital move issue? edit

Between this crash and the major avalanche in Juneau the following year, can it be stated positively one way or the other as to whether these incidents sparked the capital move issue again during the 1970s, a period when it saw its greatest success?RadioKAOS (talk) 01:39, 6 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Actually, there are sources out there which explicitly mention a connection. Since the capital move issue has been dormant for many years, it's not as likely that you'll find them via Google as you would a more recent event. Good luck, though. Unless, of course, this article is only supposed to be narrowly focused on aviation, regardless of the existence of sources which may show it to be relevant to anything else.
