Alabama 275 Has Been Decommissioned edit

Hello! I am making this post here because I am unsure that I could make the appropriate edits, so I figured I would pass along this information to someone who is able to do the edit sufficiently. I will create this in two parts, so it is a bit easier to follow.

Alabama 275 I stumbled across this information because I am a weather nerd who lives in Alabama, so I like to have the map and road network within my apps updated. I found out that via the ALDOT 108th Annual Report, that Alabama 275 was decommissioned as of 11/1/2019. Alabama 275 is still shown as a highway on most map sources, but it no longer exists. Alabama 21 and 77 Because of Alabama 275's decommissioning, there have been rather drastic changes to both Alabama 21 and 77. First, Alabama 21 is now routed on the Western Bypass (previous Alabama 275, at the Southern terminus), as opposed to branching off and heading into downtown Talladega via Fort Lashley Avenue and West Battle Stret. Alabama 21 follows the bypass and picks up a concurrency with Alabama 77, where Alabama 77 used to have a junction with Alabama 275. Both highways now follow the bypass to Alabama 275's previous Northern terminus, at which point Alabama 21 continues on and Alabama 77 turns South, and follows Alabama 21's previous route. At the intersection of North Street East and Haynes Street, Alabama 77 again turns South onto it's normal route (following down to the intersection with Ashland Highway, and then going Southeast). Alabama 21 and 77 no longer run through downtown Talladega, therefore, all those routes and concurrencies, aside from what I have just mentioned here, do not exist.
