Spelling edit

Is it spelled Akazukin Chacha, Akazukin Cha Cha, or Akazukin ChaCha? I've seen it spelled all three ways when Googling for "Akazukin". Personally I always thought it was "Cha Cha". Anyway, I made the other variations redirect to this article. TheCoffee 09:53, 1 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Chacha is her given name isn't it? Also, I don't think this article is a stub anymore. Seems pretty in depth to me. - Squilibob 12:09, 11 December 2005 (UTC)Reply
1: Yes, it is. I've heard that Akazukin translates roughly to Red Riding Hood, probably having something to do with the Children's story. 2: You're right. Changed. --Lx45803 09:14, 10 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Criticism Section edit

The criticism section is unnecessary. Obviously the English dubbers decided to forego direct translations in favor of keeping with the "spirit" of the anime (eg. "Beauty Serene Arrow" makes absolutely no sense and would leave English speakers scratching their heads in confusion, hence the renaming to "Magical Selene Arrow" in English version). The use of the term "mispronunciation" also doesn't make any sense. 208.120.20.100 (talk) 06:17, 31 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Death Note shout out edit

Is that Death Note section really necessary? Wouldn't it be better to list that under DN's trivia section instead of cluttering this page? WickedKnightAlbel (talk) 06:58, 24 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Actually, no: it's a bit of information demonstrating the influence of this series. As such, I've edited that bit into a stub of a "Reception and influences" section. —Quasirandom (talk) 20:44, 2 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Expansions edit

Most of the sections I've marked for expansion, there's information in the ja-wiki article which could (and should) be fruitfully translated. Also, the ANN episode list checks out against the ja-wiki list and other sites in Japanese, so can be taken as a reliable source of something to be ported into the {{Japanese episode list}} template. Ditto ANN's OVA list. Also, it'd be good if we could find some official sites, for both manga and anime, instead of relying on fansites. —Quasirandom (talk) 16:38, 3 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

References edit

Also in Slayers Radio drama Extra 1, Amelia (which has the same seiyuu as Chacha) misheard the name Chacha and laughed right after, like Chacha, which confirmed it was a reference because Amelia doesn't share this trait. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.84.92.37 (talk) 05:43, 22 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Saint Magical Review (the anime's soundtrack) edit

It consists of 4 Volumes (CDs). No mention of this in the article?
