Three paragraphs into the article, one would think the article's subject was of no greater significance than his inclusion among a group of hundreds of militants interned in Bagram. The fourth paragraph gives a clue, citing a single source that calls him a ringleader. But a straightforward Google search turns up nothing in the way of significant coverage—until one searches for one of his alternative names "Abdul Rehman al-Dakhil". I may not get around to it, so it would be helpful of somebody would dig up the nature of his significance and sources to back them up and reorganize the article so that the reader can tell that it's about a notable person.
