@TheAafi: @Hatchens: thanks I already tagged this as incomprehensible. It looks like a machine translation of something but parts of it are completely meaningless. The same editor banged out a run of these dreadful quality new articles overnight. Until they reach a minimal level of coherence it’s hard to determine notability, and if the creator doesn’t improve them I think they need to go to draft for further work before anyone spends much time on them.
