- Perhaps the very start is not the best place for the FBI profile, however, it does work nicely within the section and would not be suitable in the other sections, which don't seem to deal with the FBI. This is to say, it works well where it is, and only if the article were to be restructured (which it does not need) would it suit going anyway else.

- @MX: Could rephrase the start of the last paragraph to be more focused on Medrano than García Mena.

- @MX: "16:00 hours" in Standard American English would be rendered as 4 pm
