Maggie edit

The article doesn't mention Maggie; I don't recall seeing her on the ship, but the family wasn't concerned that she might be dead of the virus outbreak, so what was her involvement in the story? --98.203.241.55 (talk) 18:37, 1 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

I saw her when they were on Antarctica, so maybe she was hidden or taking her nap the whole time they were on the ship. 71.20.120.188 (talk) 01:50, 17 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

I recall that she was seen before the belly-sliding scene 202.160.16.186 (talk) 07:45, 18 September 2014 (UTC) PS: Might be taking her nap on the shipReply

  • Lede: Should twenty-third season be 23th season, as per WP:MOSNUM
  • Lede: ""Enjoy It While You Can" was produced for the episode by Broadway composer Robert Lopez, who also co-wrote the song with the writers of The Simpsons". Huh? I don't really understand. Perhaps re-write that.
  • Lede: "Around five million Americans tuned in to watch the episode during its original broadcast." Nielsen rating?
    • I don't think that's important enough for the lead, and the lead already has two sentences from the first paragraph of the Release section. Theleftorium (talk) 09:57, 26 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
  • Lede: "When the rest of the Simpsons see how much Bart really wants the cruise, they each sell one valuable item to make enough money for the cruise tickets". I watched the episode; don't think Homer saw, so, IMO, its excluding Homer
  • Plot: "The episode ends" - Repetitive
  • Production: Link 2011–12 to those US TV schedules for 2011–12
  • Production: Link New York, as per WP:MOS, which says that states/cities should be linked.
  • References: How is ref. 5 a high-quality source for Wikipedia
  • External links: Categories below should be sorted in alphabetical order

Great work! On hold for now. TBrandley 14:28, 25 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

No problem. This now looks good. Pass. TBrandley 15:04, 26 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Is The Last Ship a knockoff of this? edit

The TNT drama The Last Ship (which premiered two years after this Simpsons episode aired) has exactly the same premise as the DVD that Bart uses to trick the passengers and crew of the cruise. Can anybody out there provide either confirmation or refutation that the one is a ripoff of the other (or that they're both referencing some other third thing)? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.121.6.113 (talk) 04:28, 1 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Well: No. It was a parody of the TNT series.

it was just a reference.
