I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Film

I dont think mention of the film makes sense here. its only listed as in development at IMDB, which is not a reliable source for this, and the reference here is from Mr. Anthonys blog. We would need a Variety level article to comment here, as we are not a fansite, as the above editor wryly noted.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 02:46, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
