Movie Not Even Released edit

Why would a movie that may never even be released, have an article written about it? The film according to the article, is so obscure, it doesn't even have actors yet. Most films that are proposed or even partially funded don't even make it to release. Why is this film on Wikipedia? If there were something controversial or newsworthy about its being made, I could see its possible inclusion but there is nothing here... I think this entry should be deleted. Well yes, the relevant guideline is WP:NFF. However, the article's author is allowed to remove a PROD tag. In this case the article's deletion needs to be pursued through AfD instead. Regards, decltype (talk) 02:07, 19 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
