WPMED assessment
editI think the article is still B class, low importance. If you are looking for editorial advice re how to improve it, you might request peer review. This is not my area, but in general articles like this benefit from a "See also" section and some thoughtful writing about the history and significance of the article. --66.167.135.94 (talk) 20:20, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
EMT-CC or AEMT-CC
editJust wondering, does anyone know what the officially designation is? I've seen it both ways (EMT-CC AEMT-CC). I don't live in New York, but based on what I saw when I was compiling the EMT Cert Level list, it looked like the EMT-CC was the official name, but that name fell under the "Advanced EMT" group that included intermediates and paramedics.
Thanks,

Whether you are a basic emt or a cct emt, you are an emt and the license number you are given is just your emt number, and that is the number that you will keep thru your entire ems career and no matter what level you continue your education to. Say as a basic emt your card number is 123456, you will be emt123456. As an advanced level, you would be aemt123456. So technically both are right, because you are an emt where you are basic or critical care... But aemt is more commonly used to differentiate and make life easier for documentation purposes —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.231.161.218 (talk) 00:52, 9 May 2011 (UTC)
