What happened to the International Series award?

It should be noted that according to [1], nominees for an International Series award for Television were announced, including Doctor Who, Torchwood, Life on Mars, etc. But no award was given. Is it known as to why? 68.146.41.232 (talk) 02:28, 26 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
