Historic designations

edit

The table in the "Armouries" section was intended to provide information on the historic designation(s) of each armoury under the "Designated" column. However, the table in that column instead refers to the Canadian Register of Historic Places (CRHP) and the "Register of the Government of Canada Heritage Buildings" (the Directory of Federal Heritage Designations, or DFHD). Neither the CRHP nor the DFHD are historic designations - they are simply directories which provide information on the actual heritage designation(s) which apply to sites across the country (see WP:WHATISCRHP). We need to replace the nonsensical references to the CRHP and DFHD with references to the actual designations. I can't do so at the moment, so I've tagged the section, but will return to do it in the near future if someone has not already done so.--Skeezix1000 (talk) 12:50, 24 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

To the anonymous account that keeps deleting the brigade's NATO map symbol without discussion, please stop. There was a reference provided that proves the uses and, your personal opinion aside, the Canadian Army still uses NATO symbology for map marking and tactical signs.
