I don't believe that Miami is outside Latin American; in fact, it is the de facto capital of Latin America -- it's never lost its Spanish colonial roots and has been ruled by the USA for a much shorter time than it was ruled by Spain 8.20.65.4 (talk) 17:03, 7 February 2024 (UTC)
