On removing the current photo available edit

The photo (see right) of a seemingly placid night with some vehicles stationed beside an intact wall with no debris, no rescuers (not even one single person!), and no emergency cars (neither police nor ambulance) observed can barely reflect the accident (nor can it make readers even understand what is it depicts of). It cannot be used in the rescue part, too, for no-one was shown in the photo. (We cannot humourously invoke the joke of ‘Lenin in Poland’ here to argue that no-one is shown in the picture because they were all busy rescuing in the debris.) While I appreciate the effort of making this screenshot and uploading it here, I do hope that the uploader may find a way to capture images with free copyright that can better reflect this accident, like the aerial photo showing the collapsed roof and debris or at least photos with firefighters busy rescuing on site. Therefore, with all respect, I will now revert this edit and yet still thank the uploader for their contribution. Boreas Sawada 10:02, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

You're right. However, considering the number of people participating in this wiki project at the local, or some existing public filming clips are not easy to obtain content authorization, this may be an easier source to obtain. If you can bear the existence of the logo of the TV and the subtitles, there are clips of more rescuers, rescue equipment, and the damaged stadium (with the word "体育馆") around 0:10 in the video. If you look closely, there is a difference in the color at the roof facade of the gymnasium, as some tiles have peeled off. According to other third-party videos, the original roof is flat (probably supported by the arch in the building), surrounded by walls, not a curved roof. It may be that the roof of the building collapsed into the building, so a large amount of rubble cannot be seen from the outside. --Cwek (talk) 01:09, 27 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
