2021 MPBL Finals → ? – A: 2020–21 MPBL Finals or B: 2020 MPBL Finals
This is so that the Finals can remain connected with the league's 2019–20 season. In addition, the MPBL previously announced the cancellation of the 2020–21 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the same reason why the Finals was postponed from 2020 to 2021 in the first place.
