Inappropriate usage of flagicons edit
There is no need to repeat the British flag thirty-one times just to inform audiences that one competitor in a British championship is Irish. I don't see any sources doing this, which I think tips the usage over into possibly being WP:OR, or at least WP:SYNTH; and it seems to me like a fairly clear cut case of "overemphasising nationality", as MOS:FLAG puts it.
