Neutrality edit

Last time I created a Wikipedia article, it was removed for a lack of neutrality. I want to know if people think this is neutral or not. Considering I have un-cited claims, I am not sure it is 100% neutral or not.

I 'NPOVed' it a little. Ghostofnemo (talk) 05:19, 28 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Import restrictions? edit

I did quite a bit of web searching trying to find reliable sources on whether government sanctions or restriction on ammunition imports were part of the problem, without much luck. An article or two mentioned coronavirus-related slowdowns at plants in Spain and Turkey, but nothing about the effect of import restrictions due to sanctions on Russia or China. One article mentioned imports being held up in Customs but provided no details. "Imports are way down, things are sitting in customs forever, and components needed to build things here even." https://www.radio.com/wccoradio/news/local/guns-and-ammunition-shortage-felt-in-the-twin-cities Ghostofnemo (talk) 05:30, 28 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Scope edit

At first I thought this was related to the issues faced by the US military given the war in Ukraine (for artillery). But this seems to be about shortages in the market for individuals, i.e. small arms? At minimum, the lead needs to have a clarificaiton like 2008–2016 United States ammunition shortage has ("a shortage of civilian small arms ammunition in the United States"). And do we even have an article about the military shortages? Many folks may be coming here intending to read about this.
