Linking the pages edit

Hey @Playlet:, I don't think it is better to red link all the players on the page, and better linking only those players who have a page ready. Very less of the youth players go on to become recognised players in the future, and most of the times every link remain red. We can link every time a player gets its page done. It is better to red link players who are playing in the FIFA Finals rather than the regional tournaments. This is evident from the old pages (of both men and women) youth squads. What do you think is the better action here? I say that better to link once a while, rather than unlinking every page, few years later.Anbans 585 (talk) 00:53, 4 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hi @Anbans 585:, I am following the convention that appears in every FIFA underage competition page on Wikipedia. For example look at 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup squads or 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup squads from this year. If this is the convention for men's competitions, it should also be applied to the women's competitions Playlet (talk) 05:04, 4 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
