Name order in the chart

It appears that in the voting results chart, the names don't automatically sort fully alphabetically. It appears that there are two separate lists, both individually alphabetically sorted. I can't for the life of me figure out what the difference between them is. Can someone help with this? 67.149.189.109 (talk) 16:03, 25 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
