Though I can understand the use of "1800h" and similar to indicate the time, I wonder is some other system might be more appropriate - sentences like "During Wednesday, the fire spread and by 1000h, about 1,000 hectares [...] had burned" are confusing, to say the least. Thinking about the global Wikipedia community and general users, I do wonder if the the title should be changed to soemthing like Christchurch Port hills Fire 2017 which might better reflect the perceptions of the people of Christchurch and put it better in its geographical context? Nope. That's the common name as far as I can see. No trouble if the name itself doesn't mean something to some readers. Adding 'Christchurch' wouldn't necessarily help either as there's an English place with that name. But either way, that's not how we name articles. Feel free to put a formal rename request forward.
