Newington By-election

edit

1. Apologies made the recent edits without logging-in (was on a different browser - apologies) 2.The figures seemed off - by one vote in one place but thousands for the winner. I checked with the Southwark Council results site, file:///Users/applemac/Downloads/Newington_Results%20(1).pdf and a local person before correcting. 3. Cock-up or conspiracy? Incorrect numbers of votes

edit

Following on from the above comment, it looks like many of the candidates' numbers of votes on this page have been incorrectly altered, apparently to the benefit of the smaller parties. This revision can be seen here: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Southwark_London_Borough_Council_election,_2014&diff=prev&oldid=775730866

The correct results for each ward can be found on the council website: https://www.southwark.gov.uk/council-and-democracy/voting-and-elections/previous-elections-results?chapter=5

I corrected the results for the South Bermondsey ward, thinking I'd spotted a mistake, then realised the problem was more widespread and gave up. Could I suggest either (a) the ward results are corrected or (b) the ward-by-ward results are deleted entirely?
