Talk:2008 California Proposition 4

Revelations edit

News reports from the Los Angeles Times on August 1 and the Sand Diego Tribune on August 2 revealed there was no "Sarah" behind "Sarah's Law" and that the California initiative would not have applied to the young woman at the heart of the campaign, a 15-year old common-law wife with one child who died in Texas in 1994.

I've removed the reported real name of the pregnant minor as it's unnecessary. --82.18.14.143 (talk) 01:12, 24 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Lies edit

There is no way this proposition will save California money by reducing STI's and teen pregnancy. The only thing this will do is increase the number of babies left in trash cans. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rachelopoly (talkcontribs) 04:48, 9 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned references in 2008 California Proposition 4 edit

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of 2008 California Proposition 4's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 13:53, 15 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
