a different batter led the MAJOR LEAGUES in batting in 1990 edit

Notice that Willie McGee had enough plate appearances to qualify for the NL batting championship, although he then finished this season in the AL. His batting average for the season is lower (.324, obtained by combining his NL stats and his AL stats), and Eddie Murray, who only played in the NL in 1990, actually had a higher batting average (.330) in the major leagues in 1990.

Finals MVP edit

... should be Series MVP. Only the NBA calls their championship the FINALS. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:142:C100:3CC0:74C0:E4E4:7BD1:F3DA (talk) 02:54, 6 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
