What I Added/Changed

I first and went ahead and removed the information and the citations from the sources that were no longer working/not properly cited. I also had to remove the background information because the source was referring to the whole database and not the article/journal directly. Therefore, I rewrote the introduction from another source that summarized what had occurred during the cyclones that occurred in 1977. The previous introduction had information that was not cited properly (unusable). "The 1977 Andhra Pradesh cyclone is considered India's first super cyclonic storm. The first storm mostly affected Andhra Prades in which approximately 10,000 were estimated to be killed by the storm. The second storm that had occurred on October 29th, had affected the eastern part of the Orissa state with winds up to 160mph and waves as high as 30 feet high. There is no accurate estimate how many fatalities were resulted from the second storm, but six districts were destroyed and 16 million local citizens were affected". Added links to other wikipedia articles that could help provide more background information about the information such as what kind of state Andhra Padesh is. "The next cyclone (1990) that also occurred in Andhra Pradesh". Provided information under the aftermath (and cited the source) that gave evidence to the fact that India did change its policy towards disaster management in order to alleviate the effects of the next disaster. " showed that there was a large improvement in disaster management, effective warnings ahead of time, and better meteorological equipment which dramatically reduced the death rate (compared to the cyclone in 1977)".
