Aberdeen typhoid outbreak - date contradictionsedit
Latest comment: 3 years ago1 comment1 person in discussion
The entry for 29th April says "1964 Aberdeen typhoid outbreak: All schools in Aberdeen are closed following 136 cases of typhoid being reported", but a later (20th May) entry states that the outbreak only began on that date, so the earlier date would seem to be wrong. the article 1964 Aberdeen typhoid outbreak states at its start that "The first two cases were identified on 20 May 1964", so the April date does seem to be in error. It is not cited, so I am unable to change this to the correct date. If no one can find the right date for the school closure, then I would suggest that it will have to be removed altogether.
