Dubious sources removed edit

I just removed some dubious claims concerning capital punishment. There was a claim that the introduction of capital punishment reduced capital crimes by two thirds; However, the source cited is in no way reliable (some random website that has not been updated for some 15 years and does not, in fact, refer to any original or secondary sources) and do not support the claim (original claim on said website: "The Punishment of Death, etc. Act 1832 reduced the number of capital crimes to around 60." No source cited) as it was stated in Wikipedia.
