https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_earthquakes_in_the_Philippines page says, "The Philippines lies along the Pacific Ring of Fire, which causes the country to have frequent seismic and volcanic activity. Much larger numbers of earthquakes of smaller magnitude occur very regularly due to the meeting of major tectonic plates in the region." Therefore, this subject is not notable and should be mentioned in the page stated above and then deleted. Request other editors to post their views. Edwige9 (talk) 10:58, 21 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

The article probably won't ever amount to much, but as it stands it may be OK. The NGDC states that there were many homes damaged. The overall damage was described as "Severe", so I think it's fine to let it go and see what can become of it. Dawnseeker2000 04:39, 23 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
