Oldest building? edit

Several websites, such as http://www.ci.la.ca.us/ELP/elpdoh.htm and http://www.losangelestours.us/?event=offer.detail&offerId=6342, say that this is the oldest building in LA. The article makes a weaker claim that it's the oldest residence. Which is correct? 81.129.130.232 (talk) 12:42, 28 December 2009 (UTC).Reply

Kitchen doubled as a bathing room edit

In New York City there are many examples of this. In some very old buildings, the shower is right in the kitchen. Nowadays many kitchens still have a shower head on the ceiling. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.44.93.16 (talk) 20:28, 1 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

In New York City, in some very old buildings, the bath tub is in the center of the kitchen. (kitchen table...)
