The Gokaigers are attacked and defeated by Gaisoulg, a mysterious warrior seeking out the strongest among the Super Sentai. He takes his leave while a golden ticket appears in Captain Marvelous' hand. At the GSPO headquarters, Keiichiro Asaka also receives a ticket and is contacted by Rita, a girl who is summoning every Super Sentai hero for a tournament at planet Nemesis, promising that the winner will have one wish granted. The summoned Sentai are divided into groups of five, with Marvelous placed on the "Oddball Team", along with the Zyuohgers' Yamato Kazakiri, the Ninningers' Takaharu Igasaki, the Kyurangers' Stinger, and the ToQgers' Kagura. During the first round, Yamato faces off against Keiichiro, who forfeits upon realizing that his and his team's wish for a peaceful world is something they must attain for themselves. Meanwhile, a team who passed the first round is suddenly attacked by Gaisoulg. Marvelous reveals that he's just participating in the tournament to fight him again. During the second round, Takaharu and Stinger easily defeat the Boukengers' Eiji Takaoka and the Go-Ongers' Sōsuke Esumi during their argument before being attacked by Gaisoulg, who's pursued by Marvelous. Meanwhile, also possessing tickets, Ryusoul Green and Ryusoul Black explore a cave together.

After a short battle with Marvelous, Takaharu, and Stinger, Gaisoulg retreats. Marvelous reprimands Takaharu for interfering in his vendetta and isolates himself from the others. Meanwhile, Gaisoulg appears before Rita with a ticket in his hand, and she allows him to participate in the tournament. While Takaharu and Kagura attempt to cheer Marvelous up, Stinger leaves to investigate on his own while Yamato is informed that his team's next fight will be a 3 on 3 match against the Gaorangers' Gao Red, the Gingamens' Ginga Green, and Sun Vulcan's Vul Shark, but he decides to fight them alone instead. Despite being outnumbered, Yamato wins; determined to win the tournament and fulfill the wish of a young friend of his who died without attaining his dream of running with animals in the wild. After the battle, Takaharu is attacked by Gaisoulg while Stinger discovers a hidden lab containing several books about the Super Sentai; along with surprising information. When Gaisoulg intervenes in another battle, Marvelous intercepts him and knocks away his helmet, seeing Takaharu's face underneath. Meanwhile, Ryusoul Green and Ryusoul Black continue their exploration, discovering some RyuSouls on the way.

While Takaharu leaves an unconscious Marvelous behind, Stinger is approached by the Dekarangers' Doggie Kruger, and both reveal that they agreed to participate in the tournament in order to investigate Rita and learn her true intentions. Kruger scans some texts to have them translated when they are attacked by a group of foot soldiers from past Super Sentai villains. As they escape, Kruger finds Marvelous and takes him back to the others while Stinger is attacked by Gaisoulg. Soon after, Rita announces that the Oddball Team's next battle will be a duel between Kagura and Kruger. Kagura wins the duel, but before leaving, Kruger entrusts her with his Master License and a D-Wapper. Soon after, Gaisoulg attacks her, but Yamato and Marvelous arrive to protect her and defeat him. To their surprise, they find that Stinger is now inside Gaisoulg's armor and conclude that "Gaisoulg" is actually a sentient armor that possesses its wearer. Once Kruger's analysis is completed, Yamato and the others learn that Rita's true objective is to revive Ultimate Great Satan, but they still have no clue of where Gaisoulg is holding Takaharu prisoner. Marvelous then reveals that his fellow Gokaiger, Luka Millfy, was also taken by Gaisoulg and to find where they are, he decides to allow himself to become possessed. Meanwhile, Ryusoul Green and Ryusoul Black's tickets cause them to disappear just as Master Red enters the cave.

Marvelous uses Gaisoulg's helmet to locate Luka and Takaharu and free them while Yamato and Stinger confront Rita. Rita reveals her plan to revive Ultimate Great Satan in order to destroy the universe and avenge her planet's long dead people, even in spite of Stinger's attempt to dissuade her. The Oddball Team confronts Ultimate Great Satan and are overpowered until Luka destroys the barrier surrounding Nemesis. Marvelous summons the Gokai Galleon to keep Ultimate Great Satan at bay while the five channel the power of every Super Sentai team through Aka Ranger's Ranger Key to destroy him. Incensed at her plans being foiled, Rita dons Gaisoulg's armor and attacks the weakened Oddball Team, until Ryusoul Green and Ryusoul Black appear to defeat her, before departing. Rita is arrested by Stinger using Kruger's D-Wapper and the five celebrate their victory, while an unknown person retrieves Gaisoulg's helmet. Meanwhile, Master Red discovers a blank Ryusoul, which transforms into the Red Ryusoul in his hand.
