Shyam Bihari Lal (1 January 1966) is an Indian politician.[1][2] He represented the Faridpur Assembly constituency in Bareilly district of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He has been 2 times MLA from Faridpur.[1][3]

Lal was born on Bareilly of Lucknow in late. Radheshyam's house in the year 1966.[1]

Personal life edit

Lal is married and has 1 son and 2 daughters.[1]

Education edit

He is a postgraduate and also has done PhD.[1]

Political career edit

Following the 2022 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, he won the seat by defeating Vijay Pal Singh of the Samajwadi Party with a margin of 2921 votes.[4][5]
