Sedeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان سده) is in Sedeh District of Qaen County, South Khorasan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Arianshahr (formerly Sedeh).[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,569 in 1,250 households.[4] There were 3,264 inhabitants in 1,228 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,180 in 1,220 households. The most populous of its 36 villages was Rum, with 567 people.[2]
