Satlsar (Persian: سطل سر)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Layl Rural District of the Central District of Lahijan County, Gilan province, Iran.[4]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,020 in 307 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,012 people in 320 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 834 people in 291 households.[2]
