Prerna Arora is an Indian film producer and director and the daughter of Virender Arora who was the co-founder of the KriArj Entertainment.[1] She was the co-producer of the films like Rustom (2016) and Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (2017).[2]

In 2018, Arora was booked for money laundering and arrested by Economic Offences Wing of Mumbai Police for allegedly cheating producer Vashu Bhagnani of 31.6 crore (US$4.0 million) In July 2022, She was booked for money laundering by Enforcement Directorate of 31 crore (US$3.9 million).[5][6]

Bombay High Court has pronounced the acquittal and quashing of the case against Producer Prerna Arora in a financial dispute registered in 2018 with Pooja Films.[7]
