  • April 4–7
A multi-day outbreak produced tornadoes across a wide portion of the Southeastern United States. An EF4 tornado struck Pembroke, Georgia, sweeping away homes and killing one person. Two others died from non-tornadic effects. Three other EF3 tornadoes struck parts of Georgia and South Carolina.
  • April 11–13
A storm system spawned tornadoes across the central and southeastern United States. A high-end EF3 tornado damaged or destroyed homes and churches near Salado, Texas and injured 23 people. An EF2 tornado caused significant damage in Taopi, Minnesota, injuring two people.
  • April 29
Multiple tornadoes touched down across Kansas and Nebraska. A EF3 tornado caused major damage in Andover, Kansas and was captured on video from multiple angles. Four people suffered minor injuries, most in the aftermath than from the tornado itself.
