Palla Srinivasa Rao (People's Leader) is an Indian politician. He was elected as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly from Gajuwaka on behalf of Telugu Desam Party in 2014 and in 2024. He won with Highest majority in the state in 2024 Andhra Pradesh Assembly General elections with 95,235 votes.[1] On June 14, 2024 he was appointed as the Andhra Pradesh State President of the Telugu Desam Party by the National President of Telugu Desam Party Shri. N. Chandrababu Naidu. Palla Srinivasa Rao has become well-known for his staunch opposition to the privatization of the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. He is referred to as the People's Leader by the People of Visakhapatnam.[2][3][4]
