The district consists of Kaiyuan, Tungxing, Lihang, Zhenxing, Renai, Dafeng, Chongsing, Heshun, Zhengjiao, Chenggong, Wenyuan, Dagang, Zhonglou, Gongyuan, Yuanbao, Yongxiang, Chengde, Wencheng, Dahe, Xianbei, Changsheng, Gexing, Beimen, Xiaobei, Daguang, Daxing, Changxing, Beihua, Huade, Fude, Liren, Shuangan and Yuanmei Village.^[1]^[2]
