Lieutenant-General Murad Ali Murad (Persian: مراد علی مراد‎: born 2 July 1960) in La‘l wa Sar Jangal District of (Ghor Province), He is the current Deputy Chief of Army Staff (Afghanistan) of the Afghan National Army, appointed to this command since 2015 after succeeding General Sher Mohammad Karimi.[1]
