Meymeh (Persian: ميمه)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Sarab Meymeh District of Dehloran County, Ilam province, Iran.[4] The city is populated by Kurds.[5]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,277 in 437 households, when it was in Zarrinabad District.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 2,636 people in 664 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,913 people in 569 households,[2] by which time parts of the district had been separated in the establishment of Sarab Meymeh District, with Meymeh as its capital.[4]
