Meyham-e Sofla (Persian: ميهم سفلي)[a] is a village in Chaharduli-ye Gharbi Rural District of Chaharduli District, Ghorveh County, Kurdistan province, Iran. The village is populated by Kurds.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,282 in 284 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,406 people in 386 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,422 people in 422 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
