Deepak, Sameer's best friend tells him that he has decided to send his brother's daughter Nandini to an adoption centre as his brother and sister-in-law have died in an accident and he can not take care of her due to his work, but Sameer and Nargis oppose that and adopt Nandini as their daughter, beginning a happy life.
