Istgah-e Chamsangar (Persian: ايستگاه چم سنگر), also Romanized as Istgah-e-Cham Sanger and Īstgāh-e-Cham Sanger; also known as Cham Shekar and Cham Sangar,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Chamsangar Rural District of Papi District, Khorramabad County, Lorestan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 515 in 103 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 426 people in 106 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 421 people in 105 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
