Edwin Fabián Mátiz Ruiz is a Colombian paralympic cyclist.[1][2][3] He competed at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in the cycling competition, winning the bronze medal in the men's individual pursuit C5 event.[4] He previously competed at the 2015 Parapan American Games.[5]
