Please note that WP:G11 (covering content/pages which are "promotional and would need to be fundamentally rewritten to serve as encyclopedia articles, rather than advertisements") applies to drafts. Just as it does to content/pages in the main article name space. As it stands, this draft (including content like this) and the stated intent ("to give users information on how to access [the product/website/game]") falls well within the scope of this guideline.
