To @Newgems, I have moved this article back to a draft. As a new user you should not be creating articles directly, you should use the Articles for creation approach so others will check the page. Currently it has some serious issues, as almost all of the sources you use are not independent, please read carefully WP:NPROF. Some sources such as "Research Gate" are not good ones, and I could not find anything directly relevant in your second reference. While he might pass as notable, you have some work to do first.
