- Comment: The single citation, to a blog run by some Italian fans of Xiaomi, is insufficient to verify that this character is, indeed, an official (or even unofficial) mascot of the company. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 18:00, 25 January 2024 (UTC)
Mitu, also known as Mi Bunny, is a white rabbit that wears an Ushanka, a Russian-style hat, with a red star on it. The red star was later replaced by the company's logo. Mitu has been Xiaomi's official mascot since the company's inception and is used in a number of its products. For instance, it can be seen on error pages of Xiaomi websites and even on the fastboot screen of the company's smartphones. However, it seems that Xiaomi is slowly distancing itself from Mitu. The MIUI 13 and above don't have Mitu on the fastboot screen, replacing it with a simple, yellow text.
