Sayali Salunkhe is an indian television actress who works primarily in Marathi and Hindi television. She is best known for her portrayal of Aakansha in Chhatriwali, Keerti rao in Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali and Vandana Karmarkar in Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si.[1]
Early Life
editSayali Salunkhe was born on the 30th of April in Kalyan Mumbai India into a Hindi family.She was brought up along two siblings Sakshi Salunkhe and and a brother.She completed her scholling at Rita memorial school, Kalyan, Mumbai and K.M Aggarwal college, Kalyan.She went further to study acting in SRK film school,Thane, Mumbai.
Career
editSayali Salunkhe, a talented Indian actress, has had a diverse and successful career in the entertainment industry. She began her journey in the modeling world, gracing various commercial photoshoots and eventually transitioning to the film and television industry.
Salunkhe made her film debut with the Marathi movie "Eghan," which marked the beginning of her journey in the film industry. She then ventured into television with her debut Marathi TV show Chhatriwali on Star Pravah where she played the character of Aakansha from 2018 to 2019.
Her web series debut came with the SonyLIV Marathi series "Full Tight," where she shared the screen with prominent actors like Yatin Karyekar, Sneha Raikar, and Sumukhi Pendse. This role showcased her versatility as an actress and paved the way for her future projects.
In 2019, Salunkhe made her Hindi television debut with the StarPlus serial Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali playing the character of Keerti Rao opposite Kushagre Dua. The same year, she appeared in the Star Pravah Marathi serial Sukh Mhanje Nakki Kay Asta! as Jyotika.
Salunkhe's career continued to flourish as she portrayed the character of Dristhi in the Colors TV show Spy Bahu in 2021. However, she left the show mid-way to join the Star Bharat show Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai as Indu, opposite Karan Groverfrom 2021 to 2022.
In 2023, she played the role of Vandana Karmarkar in the StarPlus show Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si opposite Mohit Malik a character that earned her widespread recognition. Currently, Salunkhe is portraying Vedika Sharma in the Sony Entertainment Television series "Pukar Dil Se Dil Tak" alongside Abhishek Nigam and Anushka Merchande.

editSayali Salunkhe is a pet lover and often takes photoshoot with dogs She is a trained dancer and has performed in various stage shows. Her favorite actors are Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.She is currently residing in Mumbai with her family. Sayli Salunkhe and Kushagre Dua were in a romantic relationship for 2.5 years. They met while working on a TV show Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali However, they decided to end their relationship in December due to differences in their goals and aspirations. The breakup was amicable, and they remain on good terms, wishing each other well. Neither Sayli nor Kushagre has publicly commented on their separation.[4]
