The Midwest Conference men's swimming and diving championships are contested at an annual swim meet to determine the individual and team champions of men's swimming and diving among the members of the NCAA Division III Midwest Conference.
The championships have been held at various conference and non-conference sites each year since 1936.
Grinnell are the reigning conference champions.
