Darband (Persian: دربند)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Silakhor-e Sharqi Rural District of the Central District of Azna County, Lorestan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,037 in 467 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,909 people in 519 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,903 people in 600 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
