Claudio Andrés Ferrada Alarcón (Chillán, July 2, 1986) is a Chilean lawyer and politician, member of the Democratic Revolution (RD) party.[1] He served as Regional Presidential Delegate for Ñuble in the government of Gabriel Boric.[1][2]

Biography edit

Claudio Ferrada graduated in law from San Sebastián University.[2] He worked as a judicial assistant at the Local Public Criminal Defender's Office of Chillán before becoming a lawyer.[2] From 2018 to 2022, he was a lawyer linked to the family, labor, and civil courts of the same city.[2]

As a member of Democratic Revolution, his name was part of the proposals to occupy the position of Regional Ministerial Secretary of Government.[2] However, due to a disagreement between representatives of Democratic Revolution and Democratic Socialism, he was appointed as presidential delegate for the Ñuble Region by President Gabriel Boric in February 2022.[2][1]
