Please flag this category. It appears to be biased: western powers treaties with East Asian nations during the late nineteenth century. If this category were to be unbiased, it would include other treaties (one example might be the Hay-Bunau-Varilla Treaty between the US and Panama), which would suggest that this type of treaty transpires elsewhere besides East Asia.
